The Complex
Bellou is a collection of three private villas which are all closely located but each, individually, very private. Together they cover an area of 7,000 square meters built into the hillside of the village of Karoubatika. They are set back 200m from the road, which leads to the some of the most beautiful beaches on Corfu island, this also means that they are very peaceful with a rural setting. These villas have been lovingly designed with family and entertaining in mind, each property has its own private garden with lots of outdoor terrace space, each villa including it’s own private pool. All three villas are very unique and deserve their own descriptions.
Villa Alexandros
Villa Alexandros is a large and well laid out villa that can sleep up to seven guests. Arranged over three floors and 230 square metres, there are three double bedrooms (two with en suite bath and shower rooms) and one single room. As with Villa Anna, Alexandros’ open plan lounge, kitchen and dining room is the villa’s best feature and this is laid out with entertaining in mind – the ground floor all flows into one with a huge fully equipped kitchen leading into a lounge and dining area where you can relax and watch TV or sit up a the dining table for a family dinner/breakfast.
The villa has double french doors that open out onto terraced areas on three sides of the building, these add to the open feel of Alexandros. The front terrace double doors lead to an outdoor dining area that is perfectly placed just off of the kitchen, with stunning views over the hillsides. The surrounding gardens are well established and include a slightly raised pool area that has sun-beds and a fantastic BBQ area. This villa is perfect for outside entertaining during the warm summer evenings.
