Booking Proceedure

  • A deposit of 30% of the total rental cost is required to secure your booking, and must be received via a bank transfer before a confirmation can be given.
  • Once your deposit payment has been successfully processed you will receive an apartment rental confirmation by either email or fax.
  • The final payment consisting of the remaining balance must be paid off in cash upon your arrival in the villa.Please contact us in case you would like to pay before your arrival.

ADDITIONAL SERVICES (upon request and with extra cost, subject to availability):
– Daily maid services
–Airport transfer
– Vehicle rentals
– Yacht and boat charter
– Private chef service
– Massage and beauty treatments

CLEANING:
Three times a week maid service and bed linen-towel change.

CHECK IN – CHECK OUT:
Check in is at 14.00 PM on the day of arrival and check out is at 10.00 PM on day of departure.
(Early arrival or late check out will be considered depending on availability.)

PETS:
Normally pets will not be allowed. If you would like to bring a pet with you please check with us first to have authorisation.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
–In order to cancel your booking, we require a written notification to be sent to us via email or fax.
–If a cancellation is received more than 60 days prior to arrival: the 30% deposit will be refunded.
–If a cancellation is received between 60 to 45 days prior to arrival: the 30% deposit is reserved by us.(this is also applicable to all "no shows")
–Reservations received within 45 Days or less prior to arrival date, will be classed as late booking and a deposit of 60% of the total amount will be required.
–Late bookings do not qualify a refund
–In case of premature departure: 100% of the accommodation cost will be reserved.
